A. Usually only 15-20 minutes, depending on the amount of damage.
Q. When will my vehicle be done?
A. Average repair is within 3-4 business days. However, delays do happen on occasion because of availability of parts and hidden damage.
Q. What if I wanted additional work done?
A. No problem! Just let one of our friendly staff know.
Q. What if there is additional damage found after repairs begin?
A. We will discuss this with the insurance company/vehicle owner, and get the job done.
Q. What if I'm not happy with the repairs?
A. Most of our business is repeat customers, so let us know if there are any problems. Our priority is your satisfaction with the job.

A. When you pick up your vehicle. Payment is made to St.Croix Auto Body.

A. Yes but credit card companies charge the shop a fee. This is passed on to the customer.
